This traditional stone farmhouse is situated in a quiet area in the middle of the countryside surrounded by woods, meadows and fruit trees. The property is ideally located and is not overlooked and is situated at the border of the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne.
Description
This 110m² former farmhouse, built in the 19th century with old stone, has been beautifully restored to offer quality and comfort while retaining period features. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. The 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 people and 1 baby, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, one of which includes a toilet.
There are 3 single beds (80x200), 3 double beds (160x200), 1 cot, and 1 highchair.
A fully equipped farmhouse kitchen (stove, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron) and a comfortable living room with satellite TV and DVD player are also provided.
Outside
The house is surrounded by shrubs and fruit trees with a private pool (10m x 5m) overlooking the surrounding countryside. The pool is fenced and secured. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Outdoor games for kids and sun loungers. Private parking lot, garden facing south. A delightful bridle path (chemin rural) leads from the property several kilometers to other villages and hamlets in the locality - ideal for country walks or VTT cycling.

In September, you can participate if you wish, in the smoking and drying of plums, harvested by hand on the property - the resulting prunes offered to you make a tasteful souvenir of your stay.
