Gite Moncuq is a cute and cozy stone cottage with a private pool and covered terrace with beautiful view over the large garden. A great accommodation for 3 to 4 people. This former barn has been recently renovated and converted into comfortable accommodation.

A beautiful and spacious living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs and a TV. A dining area with wooden table with space for 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing
machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The door gives you access to the beautiful wooden balcony with great views over the surrounding countryside.
A steep staircase leads down to the garden level
and there you will find a bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage. Also there is a second bedroom with a luxury sofa bed (130cm), ideal for children. A door gives you access to the garden. The hall and the
connecting door can be locked, so you can create privacy in both rooms. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet makes this floor complete. The house features WiFi.
Outside
You reach the garden via a wooden staircase or by the patio doors from both bedrooms. The garden is fully fenced and private. You can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. The large garden and private pool are located on the opposite side of the road (no through traffic). The pool 6.5 x 3m has sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also a table and chairs available for a relaxing meal in the large garden and the pool area. The house has private parking for two cars.
Saint-Pompont is a medieval village in the Perigord Noir with a bakery, a butcher, a few restaurants, a pharmacy and even a small supermarket. Every Friday morning there is a market and during the peak season on Saturday evenings you can taste the local produce at the Marché Nocturne Gourmand (evening market). The house itself is located at 1.5 kilometers from the village.
The beautiful places Domme and Sarlat with all major shops are located at a short drive.
The famous castles of Castelnaud, Beynac, Les Milandes, Biron, Marqueyssac (gardens) and Commarque are all located within a 10 minutes drive.
