Welcome to Gite Le Pech Hermitage. An attractive holiday home for 7 people and is located in the small village of Nabirat and close to all amenities and tourist attractions of the Dordogne. Hidden away in a private garden, it definitely has an oasis of calm.
Description
This beautiful holiday home has a kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine (dryer in the basement), a very cozy living room with fireplace (unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be used due to safety regulations), television, DVD player with DVDs, WiFi box and games that you can play. There is a cozy dining room. A separate toilet and a shower room with double sinks completes this floor.
There are 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned.
a children's bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190), a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom and a guest room (with independent access from the kitchen) with a double bed (140x190) and a cot.
Outside
In the beautiful enclosed garden you have a beautiful heated and secure private swimming pool, with garden furniture (table and chairs under the lime tree, parasol, armchairs and deckchairs by the pool). Nice Gazebo to relax under.
Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of € 50 per week per pet.
In the vicinity of the house there are well-known locations such as Domme about fifteen minutes, La Roque-Gageac about fifteen minutes and Sarlat twenty minutes away. For shopping, we recommend Salviac and Gourdon, which are only 10 to 15 minutes away.
