The lovely Gite La Vallee (for 6 persons and a baby) is located on the south side of a hill at one of the most beautiful sites of Périgord in the village Carves with stunning views of the Roman town of Belvès. Also from the private pool, you will enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Tranquility, privacy, space and real nature ( 18 species of orchids found on site) are also keywords that characterize this paradise.
Description
Ground floor : Living room with a cozy round table and a nice seating area. Doors lead to the covered terrace.
The kitchen is fully furnished and fully equipped (oven / microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (large freezer), coffee maker, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, etc).
Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment and lots of storage space), toilet, bathroom with shower, double washbasin and 2nd toilet.
3 Spacious bedrooms, of which 2 with 2 single beds which can be pushed together into a double bed. 1 Bedroom with bunk beds. Cot and highchair available.
On the first floor is the tower room with a seating area to watch TV or DVD. There are several DVDs and internet available.
Outside
You can enjoy a lovely private pool with overflow. You can also cool off at the "beach", this is a part of the pool terrace which is partly under water, a spacious sunbathing area and the smaller holidaymakers have their own paddling pool that is connected to the water treatment system.
Attention:
Every year We have many returning guests. These guests are given priority to reserve their favorite period. For new tenants reservations are possible 10 months before the arrival date.
For daily shopping there are large and small supermarkets nearby (Belvès, Siorac, St Cyprien ....). Every day there is a market in one of the picturesque villages or towns not far from the house.
Within a few kilometers you will find plenty of opportunities for visiting the many castles and museums, or to try a nice French restaurant. (The cuisine of the Perigord is famous), visit a few of the most beautiful towns and villages of France like Sarlat, Belvès, Domme, Le Bugue, and many others.
Activities
Within a few kilometers you will find plenty of opportunities for activities such as golfing, canoeing on the Dordogne, walking (there are many hiking trails).
