Gîte La Vallée is a delightful holiday home for 6 people (plus 1 baby), beautifully situated on the south-facing slope of a hill in the picturesque village of Carves. From the house and the private pool, you overlook the charming medieval town of Belvès. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy, space, and pure nature – 18 different types of orchids have already been discovered on the property.
Description
On the ground floor is the cozy living room with a round dining table and comfortable seating area. French doors open directly onto the covered terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and Senseo coffee machine.
Adjacent is the spacious utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, plus ample storage space. This floor also features a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with a shower, double sink, and a second toilet. Bedrooms
Gîte La Vallée has three spacious bedrooms:
Two rooms with extra-long box-spring beds (2.10 m)
One room with two single beds (2.00 m)
Duvets are provided; linen packages can be rented for a small fee. For the littlest ones, a cot, baby bath, changing table, and high chair are available. In the tower room, you'll also find a wide selection of toys, games, and puzzles.
Outside
Outdoors, you can enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool with an overflow edge. The shallow "beach"—the part of the terrace that is slightly submerged—is a wonderful place to cool off. The spacious sunbathing area offers plenty of space to relax, while younger children can enjoy the adjacent paddling pool, which is, of course, connected to the same water treatment plant. A Weber barbecue is available for long summer evenings.

For daily shopping there are large and small supermarkets nearby (Belvès, Siorac, St Cyprien ....). Every day there is a market in one of the picturesque villages or towns not far from the house.
Within a few kilometers you will find plenty of opportunities for visiting the many castles and museums, or to try a nice French restaurant. (The cuisine of the Perigord is famous), visit a few of the most beautiful towns and villages of France like Sarlat, Belvès, Domme, Le Bugue, and many others.

Within a few kilometers you will find plenty of opportunities for activities such as golfing, canoeing on the Dordogne, walking (there are many hiking trails).
