Description
Gite La Grenouille is ideal for two people and enjoys an idyllic location. The house is equipped with every modern convenience: a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and grill, fridge/freezer, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a sitting area with a TV with Dutch channels/DVD player, and a radio/CD player. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms – one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and one with two 80 x 200 cm beds. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels and tea towels are provided. Weekly linen changes are provided for rentals of multiple weeks. A tasty treat awaits you upon arrival!
The entire gite is equipped with fly screens. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.
Outside
You have access to a garden with sun loungers, a cozy terrace, a barbecue, and private parking. From the terrace, you have a magnificent view of, among other places, Chateau Hautefort. There is a spacious saltwater swimming pool (6x12m) with sun terraces, loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, which is shared with the owners. There is also a herb garden, a small library, and a washing machine and dryer. The owners look forward to welcoming you as our guests and sharing this beautiful place. Important:
The owners love children and pets, but because we strive for true tranquility, children and pets are not permitted on the property. The gite is smoke-free.

In the middle of the beautiful Auvezere Valley lie the local villages of St Agnan, Tourtoirac, and Hautefort. Close by within walking distance is the impressive castle of Hautefort. The pretty village of Tourtoirac and the Grotte de Toutoirac are 5 km away, where there is a 1000 year old abbey.
