Fleurs de Tilleul is a luxury holiday home in the Lot and is suitable for 8 people and is situated on a hill, on the edge of a small hamlet near Salviac. Description
A cozy seating area. A spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. Two high chairs are available on request. The living room is located on the south side of the house. From here you have direct access to the large terrace. You can enjoy impressive views of the surroundings. There is a TV with satellite channels. Of course there is also wifi available. The holiday home is heated with underfloor heating on gas. In the living room there is a built-in fire.
The house is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The first floor is divided into 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (3x shower + toilet and 1x bath + toilet). The two bedrooms on the north side each have two single beds of 90 x 200 cm. In the two south-facing rooms there is a double bed of 160 x 210 cm each. Each room has fully blinds and air conditioning / heating. The beds are Belgian-made and offer excellent sleeping comfort. Two baby cots are available on request.
There is also a washing machine on the floor. An ironing board and iron are also at your disposal. Prices include bed linen. You have to bring your own towels.
Outside
There is a large fenced private pool with comfortable sunbeds and a heated outdoor shower. On the spacious south-facing terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and the spectacular view of the surrounding area. On the other side of the house there is ample parking space and a beautiful outdoor kitchen. On a domain of 35000m² is a second home. In this house the owners themselves stay during the holidays. The houses are separated by a large courtyard, which is dominated by an ancient linden tree, where the house owes its name. There is enough privacy. The swimming pool is completely private for the guests of the holiday home. On the terrace is a delicious breakfast in the morning sun and you can see the sun disappear behind the horizon in the evening. The rest is only disturbed by deer who occasionally come out of the forest, occasionally a fox that immediately disappears skies and birds of prey that slowly float over the domain.
If you like peace and quiet, lovely walks through rolling landscapes with meadows, deciduous forests and here and there a vineyard, and an authentic gastronomy, then this holiday is definitely recommended. Salviac and Cazals are both only a few minutes away. In these bustling towns with typical terraces and a few good restaurants, you will find everything you need for your daily shopping. There are a lot of food stores and an excellent small supermarket. Fifteen minutes away, when entering Gourdon, there are two hypermarchés .. But undoubtedly the weekly Sunday market of Cazals, where many local 'producteurs' offer their goods, will certainly appeal to you.
