Ferme du Perigord is a beautiful and charming holiday home for 10 people and has an amazing view of the vineyards and has a beautiful and well-landscaped garden with a large covered terrace and private swimming pool. Ferme du Perigord is ideal for family groups or groups of friends with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition, there is a small cozy room with a sofa bed, ideal for teenagers.
Description
The living room is spacious and open with a high ceiling and beautiful wooden beams. There is a large dining area that can easily seat 8 people and a living room with large sofas and a flat screen TV. There is also a workplace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday stay. There is also an additional pantry/utility room.

Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 full bedrooms, all with a king-size bed. These bedrooms share the large family bathroom with a beautiful roll top bath and large walk in shower. There is a separate toilet.

Ferme du Perigord has been designed to make the most of outdoor living with a fantastic covered terrace that opens from the living room and runs the length of the house. At one end of the terrace is the dining area and the rest of the terrace has lounge chairs. The terrace overlooks the landscaped garden and private swimming pool. There are additional terraces around the house, as well as a lawn for ball games. There is a large coal BBQ for guest use. There is also a table tennis table. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers and many terraces.
Outside July and August, the price of the holiday home is based on a maximum of 4 people. Dog on request.
The farmhouse is set in the peaceful Dordogne countryside but is a short drive to Saint Foy La Grande, a town on the Dordogne river with shops, bars, restaurants and many special events taking place throughout the summer. There are daily morning markets throughout the area as well as evening markets throughout the summer. The property is ideally located on the edge of the Dordogne to explore this beautiful area of South West France with many medieval bastide villages nearby such as Eymet, Issigeac, Castillonnes, Monflanquin and Monpazier. The town of Bergerac on the Dordogne River is just a 35 minute drive away and the vineyards of St Emilion are just a 45 minute drive away. Both places a must to visit! Chateau Vigiers with its 18 hole championship golf course, spa and two restaurants including a Michelin star restaurant is a 5 minute drive from Ferme du Perigord.
