Ideal for two families or a group of friends traveling together while maintaining their privacy. They all meet in the extensive garden with many romantic nooks and crannies, or at the beautiful private swimming pool, fenced for the safety of the little ones.

La Grange gives a lot of light through the large glass window, the dining room has a large wooden table for eating indoors. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, allows you to prepare the delicious Périgord products brought from the local markets nearby. The appliances, cookware and dishes are more than generous.

The mezzanine that runs the length of the barn provides a children's play area. There are a large number of children's books, comics, board games at your disposal and the mezzanine gives access to the second part of the property.

La Maison can be accessed from the 1st floor via La Grange and through the terrace, or directly from the garden via the beautiful stone staircase, La Maison offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 6 to 8 people
The comfortable living room offers space with two sofas, armchairs, a small desk and a coffee table.

The garden of more than 1500m² is organized in different areas. The large orchard, next to the swimming pool, is the ideal place where children can play and enjoy the good summer fruit.
The main terrace at the front of the property has a large wooden table and 12 chairs. The second covered terrace at the front of the house is also ideal for outdoor dining. There is a beautiful private swimming pool. The pool is 10mx4m and is equipped with an underwater alarm and is completely fenced for the optimum safety of small children. You will experience wonderful moments and fully enjoy the amazing view. Two vehicles can be parked in front of the door. A large municipal car park just 150 meters from the house offers free parking for other vehicles.
The domain is ideally located to discover the riches of the Périgord. You will be spoiled for choice with caves, castles and places of interest to visit in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Small shops (grocery, butcher and bakery) can be found regularly on the village square. The villages of Belves and Siorac-en-Périgord are equidistant at 5km from the house.
The Olivarie 18 hole golf course is 1km from the house (our guests receive a 15% discount on the packages). Many hiking and mountain biking trails pass right by the house.
