Domaine La Roche is a beautiful holiday residence consisting of two fully renovated stone homes, a private pool, and a fantastic pool house with a kitchen. The homes have a combined living area of 211 m² and are situated on a spacious plot in a quiet and green setting.
With five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a beautiful Bali-style swimming pool, Domaine La Roche is an ideal destination for families and groups of friends of up to 10 people who want to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable holiday together.
The main house accommodates up to 6 people and the gîte up to 4 people. The two homes are rented exclusively together, ensuring the entire estate is available for private use.

The Main House
The main house has a surface area of approximately 110 m² and features three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 160 x 200 cm bed
Bedroom 2: 160 x 200 cm bed
Bedroom 3: 140 x 190 cm bed
The Gîte
The gîte has a surface area of approximately 65 m² and features two bedrooms:
Bedroom 4: 160 x 200 cm bed
Bedroom 5: 140 x 190 cm bed
Both accommodations feature their own living room, kitchen, and bathroom(s). The furnishings are practical, comfortable, and atmospheric. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living room of the gîte also features air conditioning.
Price Information
The prices for Domaine La Roche outside the months of July and August are based on the use of the main house only, suitable for a maximum of 6 people. If you wish to make use of the gîte during your stay, a surcharge of € 500 applies.

The absolute highlight of Domaine La Roche is the beautiful swimming pool with a pool house, complete with a kitchen. In addition to the swimming pool, the garden features various terraces, a pétanque court, and ample parking.
Domaine La Roche is situated in a wonderfully quiet and green location, while all amenities are still within easy reach. Just 2.5 kilometers away lies Terrasson-Lavilledieu, where you will find various supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
Historic Sarlat-la-Canéda, famous for its charming medieval streets, gastronomy, and lively markets, can also be reached in about 20 minutes. Domaine La Roche thus serves as an excellent base for discovering the Dordogne and the beautiful Périgord.
