Layout of the villa
The entrance on the first floor is reached via the external staircase. Here you'll find the cozy living room and dining room with a large (extendable) dining table for 14 people. French doors open onto the balcony overlooking the garden – a wonderful spot for long summer evenings and communal dinners.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers every comfort and also opens onto the balcony. The living room features a comfortable seating area, a television, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.
Bedrooms – 7 in total
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm)
2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm)
All bedrooms are equipped with a clothes rack, armchair, and television. This floor also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a practical laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
An internal staircase leads to the basement. Here you'll find a second kitchen with a dining area (sleeps 6-8), an additional toilet, and three spacious bedrooms:

All bedrooms have an armchair or extra sofa bed and a television. There are also two bathrooms, one with a toilet.
For extra relaxation, there's a games room with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball – ideal for teenagers and adults.

The large terrace overlooks the garden and the enclosed private pool with comfortable sun loungers. A small kitchenette with a refrigerator is available by the pool – perfect for a refreshing drink on hot days.
At the front of the villa is a stylish lounge set where you can enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun. Parking is available on the private property next to the villa.
