Set in 2 hectares of private parkland near the small village of Siorac-en-Périgord, between Sarlat and Bergerac, it overlooks the valley. Description
La Chartreuse (300m2) comprises on the ground floor three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and seperate toilets, a large living room and a comfortable private 'salon’, both with large open fireplaces, where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to a lovely outside terrace. On the first floor there are four other double bedrooms (two twin bedrooms and two with double bed), a single bedroom, a children's bedroom with 2 bunkbeds beds, a bathroom and shower room and two separated toilets.
There is also a large play-room with plenty of games for the children. Every room have been decorated with a hoste of antique furniture and objects, each with its own story to tell.
The guesthouse is ideal for another 4 guests. It has a large open room with a newly fitted kitchen and sofa to relax. On groundfloor there are a separated twin bedroom, a small bathroom and a separate toilet. A staircase brings you to the double bedded bedroom.

There are several terraces offering exceptional view of the valley. There is also a small children’s play area and a BBQ area. The 12mx6m swimming pool, all fenced and also secured with an alarm is located in a sunny area and has a lovely view across the garden. The Swimming pool is open according to season.
Chartreuse Siorac is 1,5km from the center of a the village of Siorac which as all facilities including a supermarket. River Dordogne at 3 km. Bergerac airport is 45min drive only and the many Chateaux and Bastide towns of the Dordogne are all within a short drive. It is therefore ideally situated for exploring the beautiful region of Black Perigord and sampling the local specialities in the many excellent restaurants nearby. Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Limeul, Beynac, Domme, St Cyprien are all just a short distance away. There is a 18 holes and a 9 holes golf course at Siorac at a convenient 5 min drive from the chartreuse.
