Chalet Hirondelles is situated on a small estate with a swimming pool, playground, and trampoline; a charming chalet for up to 5 people. The chalet features a spacious private area of no less than 300 m² and overlooks the swimming pool. Chalet Hirondelles has a living area of 37 m² and is practically and comfortably furnished. In the cozy living area, you will find a dining area and a complete kitchen unit including a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, combination microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Additionally, there is a convenient storage space available.

The chalet features two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed and a single bed
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. It is located 6 meters from the chalet. This way, we have created extra space in the chalet.

The chalet features a spacious covered terrace of 18 m² where you can enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. On the terrace, you will find a dining table, comfortable seating area, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue; ideal for long summer evenings.
Surrounding the chalet is a park-like garden with a lovely 13 x 6 meter swimming pool and various play facilities for young and old. These include a petanque court, badminton court, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, and a swing. Thanks to the small-scale layout of the estate, there is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will find plenty of peace and privacy, while children can easily make new holiday friends.
The domaine is located in the "Perigord Noir", the most famous part of the Dordogne department, in the southwest of France and about 12 km from the beautiful and charming medieval town of Sarlat. There are many activities and attractions in the immediate area.
