Description
The fully equipped kitchen is separate and offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday: from an American-style fridge and freezer to a Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and blender. So you can effortlessly cook for yourself and enjoy French specialties. For cozy evenings, there's a wood-burning stove in the living room, and for relaxation, there's a small television.

One of the beds is extra long (200 cm), ideal for tall guests.
The bathroom has both a bath and shower and a hairdryer, and the house also has two toilets. For added convenience, a washing machine, dryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner are provided.
Outdoors
The house is situated on a large plot with a charming garden surrounding the private and heated swimming pool (5 x 11 m, depth 70 cm - 220 cm). The pool is partially enclosed and has a convenient cover for the summer. Around the house, you'll find sun loungers, parasols, and a mobile barbecue for summer lunches or dinners al fresco. The terrace is uncovered, but is equipped with a sunshade.

Le Caillauda is situated in a quiet area, yet close to amenities: a supermarket, bakery, and restaurant are within 1 km. For an active holiday, you can visit nearby golf courses and canoeing routes on the Dordogne, Vézère, and Dropt rivers. Le Caillauda is located in the Dordogne wine region, in the charming village of Sigoulès (municipality of Sigoulès-et-Flaugeac). It is an ideal holiday destination for those who enjoy peace, nature, and authentic French country life.
The surrounding area is rural and peaceful, with hiking trails, cycling opportunities, and typical French amenities such as a bakery, a cozy bar, and a supermarket nearby. Bergerac, where you will find all urban amenities, is a ten to fifteen-minute drive away. The Périgord Pourpre region is a paradise for wine lovers, with numerous vineyards and local wineries. Active holidaymakers can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, fishing, or swimming. For families, this house offers plenty of space, fresh air, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

The prehistoric caves of Le Bugue and Les Eyzies are approximately 50 km away. A restaurant and supermarket are just 1.5 km from the house. There's also a good restaurant in the neighboring village of Pomport. La Roumanière Airport is 10 km from the house and offers flights to and from Rotterdam, among other destinations. In the summer, Sigoules regularly organizes activities, such as a periodic evening market and a small, typically French food market on Saturdays. Other evening markets during the summer months can be found in Monbazillac and Eymet, among others. The medieval castles along the Dordogne, such as Beynac and Castelnaud, and Château Milandes, are also well worth a visit.
