Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat very very highly!

Een zeer compleet ingericht landhuis met omliggende terrassen en zitjes, geschikt voor 10 personen. De eigenaar woont vlakbij en is niet alleen erg vriendelijk, maar ook zeer behulpzaam als je erom vraagt. De slaapkamers, met 3 stopcontacten per slaapkamer, zijn wat beperkt en drie tweepersoonsbedden zijn slechts 140 cm breed, terwijl 160 cm tegenwoordig min of meer de standaard is. We hebben met 5 stellen enorm genoten van onze week en hebben vrijwel alle voorzieningen gebruikt, zoals het verwarmde zwembad overdag en de houtkachel 's avonds. We willen eigenaar Tracey hiervoor hartelijk bedanken!

Great for young children. Tracy's place is totally set up for
families with young children with lots of toys and activities and lots of fun. A great place to relax with space to spread out! We had a wonderful holiday at Le Peyrat.

Le Peyrat is a perfect farmhouse to have a wonderful family holiday. We could not get our grandchildren away from the swimming pool. It is just a short stroll from the village with a nice restaurant and pub, along with a bakers. The lake with its man made beach and safe swimming is well worth a visit.

Lovely holiday house! We all absolutely loved the house, pool and garden. The local lake, vineyards and restaurants were great to visit and the local bakers and hyper market made life very easy. Thank you Tracy and Brian for all your great tips too!

Beautiful, ideal for all ages and excellent hosts
'The whole family had a wonderful holiday at the very peaceful and spacious
Le Peyrat. There is plenty of interior and exterior space and the entire
accommodation is well equipped for both children and adults. 5 en-suite
bathrooms is great bonus. Perfect for a large family party but with little
hideaways if you want a bit of quiet time. The pool is safely gated and
alarmed which is reassuring, and you can still enjoy the outdoors under
shelter if it rains. The youngest of our party is 4 and our eldest 80, and
we all enjoyed our stay thoroughly in equal measures. If you are willing to
drive 45 minutes or more, Bergerac town was excellent and we absolutely
loved St Emilion. The owners live next door and were happy to inform and
recommend upon request. The house was clean and ready upon our arrival and they own a selection of adorable and friendly animals. We would have no
hesitation in recommending this rental to all age groups and parties
wishing to enjoy the beautiful Bergerac.

My family and I had a fantastic
time at Le Peyrat. The house and gardens were very well maintained and
clean. All that was advertised was provided, and the photos are true to
their word. For my kids the highlight had to be the pool, for the adults it
was the house, the visit from the reccommended chef, the local towns and
villages with their great wines and festivals. Tracy and Brian were always
there if we had any questions or needed help organising a visit somewhere,
but they were never intrusive. Le Peyrat is definately a place that we
would like to visit again and I would highly reccommend a holiday at this
lovely house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children comprising 3 generations we had plenty of space. The property was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. The grand children loved the pool and couldn't get enough. The weather was great but as expected this time year a couple of days were cooler but having a huge wood burning stove with a plentiful supply of wood meant the whole house became warm and cosy. My grandson wanted to learn ride a bicycle. We were loaned one which I thought was a great touch. Tracy was fantastic host. She was always available if we need recommendation for places to visit or eat. The market a St Foy la Grande was a great recommendation as was The Bucket Auberge Inn restaurant which provide meals

Holiday Property that has everything.
A Lovely Relaxing Holiday Had a amazing time in Le Peyrat. This property has everything you need to have the perfect Holiday with the family. The House is beautifully designed. With a large well equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room was large and comfortable and easily catered for our family. Bedrooms were beautiful and spacious with really good quality mattresses… Garden areas ( which there are many ) were stunning and well maintained. There were so many areas to either sit out and dine or to find quiet spots to relax. In addition, there is so many things to do in the garden to keep the kids occupied. Swimming pool is wonderful with plenty of sun loungers and Parasols Tracey the property owner was always available when needed and nothing was ever to much to ask. Tracy’s recommendations for restaurants were outstanding. The food was incredible. We have stayed in many Holiday Homes throughout France over the years and this property is the best we have stayed in by some distance. I really cant recommend this property enough. We had such a good time and loved every minute of it. We are hoping to go back next year. Peter Jones

Beautiful house in the country
The property was lovely and spacious, plenty of space for 6 adults and three roaming toddlers. Beautiful setting with large garden and clean warm gated pool, with loads of garden toys to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained. Tracy was so welcoming, always available but never intrusive. We had a wonderful get together after two years of not being able to holiday. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great holiday villa
Had a great 2 weeks here. The house was perfect for two families, with excellent kitchen and living room and en suites in all but one room. Good pool and grounds but most important - the owner couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, not only day to day but also literally going the extra mile when our car broke down. Can definitely recommend.

Maison ultra confortable et fonctionnelle!
Cadre idyllique avec une maison pratique, un véritable Havre de paix dans une région magnifique. Tracy nous a gentiment bien accueillis et se rend joignable à tout moment. Endroit extrêmement adapté pour des enfants avec des multitudes de jouets pour tout âge. Une semaine paradisiaque avec le beau temps au rdv. Tout y est et la literie est excellente! Un bon endroit pour se reposer!
