Très belle maison de charme, au cœur de Sarlat, en plein centre de la vielle ville. A noter que la maison en au calme (ce qui est appréciable en pleine saison estivale) avec des possibilités parking facile d’accès. Très bel emplacement.

superbe séjour en famille . la maison est idéalement située. rien a redire . la chaleure se gère bien avec les ventilateurs à disposition . nous avons pu d'échanger lsur bagages en proximité directe puis garer la voiture à 4/5min à pied . parfait

A perfect location to see Sarlat. Close to the main square and up a quiet street. The flat has a modern bathroom and kitchen- a perfect place to prepare a meal after the marché which is practically on the doorstep.

Maison ancienne en plein cœur du vieux Sarlat ,nous étions un couple donc avec beaucoup d’espace mais c’eût été parfait également avec 2 ou 3 enfants ou un autre couple. La maison donne sur une petite rue calme à vraiment 2 pas de tout : restaurants commerces etc… La cuisine est bien équipée et largement pourvue en ustensiles et vaisselle. Un bon chauffage central est appréciable en cet automne frais. 2 salles d’eau parfaites également. Sabine a été très réactive et extrêmement sympathique. Les horaires d’entrée et de sortie particulièrement souples. Bref un logement parfait en centre historique.

This is one of those unique gites that you’ll never find any other place. It’s historic, beautiful, and in a great location. Check-in was very easy with a key box outside. Parking was nearby and not too expensive. This was a great spot for exploring the region and seeing the other nearby towns.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in Sarlat. The location was ideally situated—steps away from the centre of town, but also quiet. The property has nice amenities. Parking was easy, and Sarlat serves as a perfect base for exploring the region. Sabine was prompt and helpful in communicating with us before and during our stay

Un excellent emplacement dans la Sarlat médiéval et pour visiter les alentours. Je déconseille avec des enfants en bas âge au regard de la configuration de la maison (3 et 5 pour nous).Attention aussi en cas de fortes chaleurs (heureusement il ne fait pas 38 tous les jours).Après, à 2 pas se trouvent tous les mystères de Sarlat, vieille dame à visiter à tout prix

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison. Elle est idéalement située dans le cœur de Sarlat . La rue est piétonne et très calme. Possibilité de parking à proximité pour décharger les bagages. Un parking gratuit est accessible à 5 minutes et nous n’avons pas eu de problème pour nous y garer. La maison est très bien équipée et pleine de charme. Elle est parfaitement adaptée à une famille de 4 comme la nôtre (2 adultes et 2 enfants). A recommander!

Wonderful property - wonderful town
The house is located in a small pedestrian- only alley. Very quiet but steps away from the old part of town and many restaurants and shops. What a beautiful house! The kitchen was well thought out and lacked nothing. We found a grocery store and patisserie a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants as well. The bathroom showers were excellent. Sarlat is close to many places to visit, It is a good, central location.

We loved this place. Very completely furnished/decorated. Very fully equipped kitchen. Sabrina was very helpful and responded quickly to all correspondence. Note that although there are three bedrooms only one is en suite. Would gladly stay here again.

Great location in Sarlat
If you like old houses and a furniture style going with it, this house will be great for you. Plenty of stairs, so not for the mobility-impaired. No parking directly at the property, but public parking 50 -75 m away was always available. Good restaurants and shopping within short walking

Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour qui n'a eu qu'un seul petit désagrément c'était celui d'être trop court. En ce qui concerne l'hébergement rien à en dire : propre, accueillant, très bien situé, ... la personne qui nous a reçu aimable, avenante, courtoise, ... que du bonheur.

A had high expectations for this medieval home based upon existing reviews and were not disappointed. This historical property is stunning - much time and expense was committed to the design of the interior. The two bedroom, two bath home was very functional with high quality appliances, dishes and pots, and really cool! How often do you get to stay in a mansion built in the 15th century, remodeled in the 17th century, and updated in recent times? The location is great. The townhouse exceeded our expectations. It was large, beautifully decorated and renovated , and in the perfect position in the old town of Sarlat la caneda. The master bedroom is to die for. A very enjoyable stay for my husband, two children and myself

We enjoyed our stay, very beautiful ancient house, nicely refurbished to include all modern conveniences but still allowing the feel of living in a real medieval setting. Plenty of space inside for 6 people. Very nice antique decorations. The house is sitting right on an ancient street, a minute walk from the main historic square, with various attractions from morning to night, a daily market, fun and convenient. There is some noise at night, but that goes with the location. The house is only 8km to a nice river beach, which was a special delight for the kids. We decided not to rent a car and just rely on using short taxi rides for the nearby attractions, plenty of which are within 20 min drive
