Villa Sarlat is a luxury villa for 10 people
From the street the stairs lead to the front terrace. The solid wooden front door gives access to a spacious dining room with a modern dining table, 6 chairs and a cupboard. The glass doors lead into the conservatory room, with a further seating area, ideal for an aperitif and from this room you can access the main terrace and the master bedroom to your left. The comfortable seating area has two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a coffee table.
From the living room you enter a fully equipped modern kitchen. It has all the necessary equipment for preparing home-cooked meals: electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms but with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
To the left of the entrance hall a small corridor leads to the three bedrooms on this floor.
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom on the right side, with bedside tables and lamps; chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom on the left, with bedside tables and lamps, a standing mirror and a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 is connected to the master bedroom and offers a large double bed (160 cm wild), bedside tables, lamps and shelves. This bedroom can also be reached from the conservatory room.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
From the garage at street level or from the dining room you have access to the basement where you will find the following rooms
Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with a double bed and a large dressing room.
Immediately next to it is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine and a dryer.
The second living room is located in the basement and has a large pool table, sofa, big screen TV and fireplace.
Then you will find 2 more studios on each side of the garage. They are both fully self-contained and offer a very comfortable sofa bed, en-suite shower room, small kitchen and dining area, and a street level terrace.

Thanks to the electric central heating and double glazing, the villa is more than comfortable in the winter months.

Villa Sarlat is located on an enclosed terrace with travertine floor of approximately 400 m². The swimming pool is completely new and ideal for lazy afternoons. There are sun loungers where you can relax. It is heated from April to October and secured with an electric hood
To the rear of the villa you have a large terrace with a table and chairs, an outside sink, an electric barbecue and a large sun blind for al fresco dining.
There is a large terrace at the front of the house
The secure private garage can accommodate 1 car and there is a large free car park just 50 meters away.
Located less than 500 meters from the center of Sarlat la Canéda, Villa Sarlat enjoys a quiet location yet close to the shops and services that the town offers. You can easily reach the heart of the medieval city, classified as a city of art and history, to explore these narrow streets with such an intense architectural heritage. The opportunity to take a meal break in one of the many restaurants, offering delicious local products (foie gras, duck breast, etc.). On Wednesday and Saturday mornings you can discover the colorful market.
Villa Sarlat will also be the ideal starting point for exploring the tourist highlights of this beautiful region of the Périgord Noir, all located within a radius of 30 km.
