The glass door opens into a hall and leads to the fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine. The small table is the ideal place for breakfast! A glass door leads to the front of the house and garden.
A spacious dining room with doors leading to the terrace behind the house and overlooking the pool. A wooden dining table and chairs for 8 people and a fireplace for the cold evenings in the low season. From the dining room you have access to the spacious and bright living room with fantastic views over the pool and countryside. Comfortable sofas and armchairs, flat screen TV, a perfect place to relax. An office area with bookcase, desk and an armchair.
The first bedroom has a double bed with large closet and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom has a double bed and large closet.
A third bedroom / living room with sofa bed (120cm wide), where an adult or two children can sleep. This room also has a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and sink. A second bathroom with shower and sink. A separate toilet completes this floor.
From the living room leads the beautiful wooden staircase to the first floor:

A staircase leads to the basement, where you will find a fully equipped laundry room with two washers and a dryer, and a second large freezer.

The gardens are surrounded by high hedges so it is complete private!
A large south facing terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue ideal for outdoor dining. The stairs lead to the private pool of 10 x 5m. The pool is secured with an immersed alarm for the safety of the children. It is equipped with a solar shower, sun beds and umbrellas so you can relax by the pool. The pool has an area with a small refrigerator and there is even a set of golf clubs available. On the property is space for up to 4 cars.
After approval, 1 dog is allowed, but under strict conditions from the owners
In the high season, the preference is for a rental of two consecutive weeks
The shops ( 2 bakeries, butcher, chemist), a supermarket and good restaurants (local and exotic food (Thai )) and a nice weekly market in Cénac are at 1km from the house.
You can access the Dordogne river at 1.5km from the house. The beach is equipped for you with canoe rentals, swimming, picknick areas, snacks, games for kids.
The famous bastide of Domme is 2km and Sarlat is 15km from the house.
Within the area there are many historical chateaux (Castlenaud, Beynac, Les Milandes, etc), the caves at Les Eyzies and museums of pre-historic life in the Region.
Activities
Canoeing, horse riding, swimming, walking cycling, tennis. For hikers, the French GR64 passes the front door, and offers a very pleasant walk to Castlenaud.
