Villa Puymaurin is a large and charming holiday home with a large garden with private heated swimming pool.The holiday home has a quiet unique location on the outskirts of the village. Villa Puymaurin can accommodate 8 to 10 people. There are 5 large bedrooms and a children's room. Ideal if you go on holiday with a large family or with a group of friends.
Description
On the ground floor is a cozy living room with a sitting area, dining table, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee maker and a kitchen table with chairs.

Bedroom 1: On the ground floor with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom.
On the 1st floor
Bedroom 2: with a double bed (these beds can be separated)
Bedroom 3: with a double bed (these beds can be separated)
Bedroom 4: with a double bed (these beds can be separated)
Bedroom 5: a children's room with a bunk bed
High chair and cot are available.
Outside
From the living room you have access to the veranda, so you can also enjoy a delicious meal in the shade. You can use the barbecue and the table tennis table. Villa Puymaurin has a large garden with heated private pool (10 x 5 m) and built-in jacuzzi. The jacuzzi may only be used by adults for safety reasons. Around the pool there are several possibilities where you can sit or lie on one of the loungers.
At the end of the rental period, you must get the sheets from the beds, the barbecue and the trash cans clean. If the house is not left clean, the extra cleaning costs are € 15 per hour.
At 16 kilometers you will find the characteristic city of Brantôme, this city is also called the 'Venice of the Périgord'. On an island in the middle of the hilly landscape of the Perigord Vert and surrounded by the river Dronne. Brantôme is a busy place because of its location and the more than 1200 years old Benedictine monastery. Next to the monastery, the St. Roch tower, the Jardin des Moines, the Notre Dame church and the famous market on Friday morning are worth a visit. Brantôme also forms the entrance to the 'Périgord-Limousin' nature park, where lovers of flora and fauna can indulge themselves.
