Description
The front door leads into the living room with sitting area, satellite TV and a DVD player. The fireplace is available for the cold evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped - including in the oven, microwave, fridge freezer.
Bedroom one has a king bed, a built-in wardrobe, and breathtaking views. The blue bathroom has a bath with shower and a sink.
There is an office for if you have to work during your vacation. There is a separate toilet on this floor. From the hallway, a stair leads to the garden level. There you'll find: a summer living room, with a bed and a sink. A second bedroom with a king size bed and a wardrobe. A third bedroom with a king size bed and a wooden wardrobe. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet on this floor. All king-size beds can be split into two 90cm beds. In the whole villa is WiFi available.
Outside
The beautiful romantic garden is landscaped with mature trees, boxwood and bushes. There is an orchard and a meadow along the pool. At the pool, you can spend the day soaking up the sun. The pool is equipped with sun beds, umbrella and a table and chairs. The large terrace with view on the pool is equipped with six comfortable chairs, a large umbrella and barbecue. At the house is a parking space for one car. At 50 meters away you can park the other cars.
In the high season, the preference is for a rental of two consecutive weeks
Situated just 2 km from the local town of Siorac-en-Périgord (with all facilities including a supermarket) and 4 km from Saint Cyprien and all of the famous attractions are on your doorstep. Within a range of 20km: Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Limeul, Beynac, Domme, St Cyprien and Castelnaud. The local area is full of historic sites, chateaux, caves, churches and markets.
Activities
Canoeing, horseback riding, golf, fishing, walks, long walks and bicycle tours. There are two golf courses at 5 minutes by car. There is a 18 holes and a 9 holes golf course at Siorac. Both are well maintained and in good condition and have clubhouse facilities.
