Villa Leobard is a large and luxurious holiday home for up to 9 people in the Lot, southern France. The house has a lot of comfort, space and a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, deep 2.00 m). Villa Leobard has been recently renovated and has modern and authentic features. The house is located in a green, rolling part of the Lot, on the border of the Dordogne. Villa Leobard is only 15 km away from the Dordogne River, where you can go canoeing. You will pass along beautiful scenery and many castles, such as Château Castelnaud and Les Milandes (which are worth your visit). The medieval town of Domme (10 km) offers one of the most beautiful views of the Dordogne. The famous Sarlat is only 27 km away.
Outside the high season (until July and after August) the price is based on a maximum of 4 people. Each person extra pays 75, - euros p.w.
Layout
Beautiful, large and completely restored holiday home equipped with all modern comforts. Stylish and tidy decor. A large bright living room with comfortable sitting area, fireplace, piano for the lovers, TV, DVD, stereo, dining table and patio doors to terrace with garden set. The kitchen is large and cozy with modern oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and many kitchen utensils! There is also a reading room with seating area. A utility room with access to the terrace through the living room. Separate toilet.
Ground floor:
Bedroom 1: spacious room with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: a double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 3: a double bed and a single small bed and a cot.
Bedroom 4: three single beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are air conditioned.
3rd bathroom with shower and toilet.
Large basement under the entire house with washing and drying machine.
Outside
The house has a large swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and a garden of 1800 m² with various nice garden sets around the house. So you can sit in the shade and in the sun. All the terraces are cosily furnished. From the holiday home you can enjoy fantastic cycling and lots of sights to visit. At Cazals, Dégagnac and Gourdon (all within a radius of 15 km) are swimming lakes with different facilities and beaches. Gourdon (5 km) is a magnificent medieval town with many facilities (including station, bicycle rental and various nice restaurants). Golf courses at Siorac (20 km) and Vitrac (15 km). The baker is still working with a wood fire within a 5-minute drive (la Fontade). All supermarkets are located on the outskirts of Gourdon, a 10-minute drive away.
The house is situated in the triangle of Sarlat, Gourdon and Souillac, thus there are plenty of attractions nearby including the historic town of Domme and the Dordogne River at 15 km. There are many interesting places to explore in this lovely part of France, like Sarlat, Rocamadour and St Cirq Lapopie
