Villa Beaux Reves is a beautiful luxury country house that sleeps up to 7 people and features 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and a private heated pool and large private garden. Villa Beaux Reves has been recently renovated and restored to the highest level of comfort with high quality, tasteful and stylish furniture.
Description
The spacious country house has a total living area of 190 m².
There is a luxurious fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, where you can cook delicious products from the region.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms
2 bedrooms have king size beds, and one bedroom also has a large double bed and a single bed. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with extra comfortable mattresses and pillows and have high quality bed linen and towels to ensure a good night's sleep. They all have air conditioning. All bathrooms are well equipped with showers, toilets, toiletries, sink and one bathroom has both a bath and shower. There is a lovely large 70m2 living/dining room with seating for up to 8 people, UK and French satellite TV and wood burner. The dining area is open plan, light and spacious with a large beautiful oak table with comfortable seating for 8 people. From the dining room you have direct access to a large private south-facing terrace (45 m²) with barbecue and the swimming pool.
The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, sink, baby equipment such as a high chair, stroller, stair gates and much more.
There is a separate cloakroom and toilet. We can also provide cots and bed linen for babies at no extra cost.
Outside
The private heated pool is gated for the added safety of small children. It is surrounded by sun loungers and overlooks extensive private gardens and the beautiful surrounding countryside, ensuring complete privacy. The pool is open from mid-April to mid-September and heated from May to September, weather permitting. There is private parking for up to 3 cars.

Accommodation for larger groups
Beaux Reves is located next to our 5 star luxury 18th century French mansion, Les Charmes de Carlucet. Each house is completely private and separated from each other with their own private gardens and pools. However, both houses can be rented together to accommodate larger groups of up to 21 people.
The friendly owners live next to the villa and are happy to welcome their guests to their domaine. They are happy to provide you with recommendations or make reservations for you if you wish. They are very discreet and will not disturb your private time with friends and family.

There are many glorious hiking and biking trails that start on the doorstep. The surrounding countryside is filled with amazing wildlife, rare and beautiful wildflowers. Many of France's prettiest villages, majestic chateaux along the banks of the Dordogne and 147 UNESCO World Heritage sites of prehistoric importance are all close by.
