Are you looking for a nice and quiet holiday home in the Dordogne? Then Villa Abby is the place for a wonderful holiday. Villa Abby is situated in a quiet area in the village of Biras. The villa has a private heated pool, so you can also enjoy the swimming pool in the early and late seasons. The children can play in the courtyard or in the playground across the street. Villa Abby is only 12 kilometers from the town of Brantôme, also known as the 'Venice of the Périgord'. Brantôme is located on a small island, surrounded by the river Dronne and is connected with 5 bridges. Every Friday morning there is a nice market where you can taste local specialties.

Villa Abby can accommodate 6 people and has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a cozy living room with a dining table, a double sofa, two armchairs and a TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Has a double bed
Bedroom 2: Has 2 single beds
The adjoining bathroom with shower and sink is adapted for disabled visitors. There is a separate toilet.
Via a staircase you reach the first floor where the 3rd bedroom is.
Bedroom 3: Has a double bed and a sofa bed. The adjoining bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet.
In the winter months the fireplace provides warmth and cosiness. For the smaller guests there is a highchair and a cot available.
Outside
For the safety of the children the courtyard is completely fenced. The heated private pool is 8 x 4 meters and has an adjacent artificial grass covered terrace with sunbeds and a parasol. There is also an attractive covered terrace and a barbecue. The perfect place where you can prepare delicious meals or enjoy an aperitif. The swimming pool is open during the period from May to the end of September.
At the end of the rental period, you must get the sheets of the beds by yourself and we ask you to clean the barbecue and the waste bins.
Excellent for walks (lots of nature and peace) or just a swim in the Dronne. A very nice place is Brantôme which is located on an island, and is connected by five bridges. On the other side you will find Ribérac,with on every Friday a colorful market. There are several nice restaurants in the vicinity. Swimming is possible in the Dronne.
