The location is ideal, a short distance from Sarlat and Bergerac and near the Dordogne and Vézère rivers.

The bright living room opens onto a long balcony with panoramic views. The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen creates a stylish contrast with the original stone walls. In the dining room, a mix of antique and modern furniture creates a warm, elegant atmosphere.

This floor also features a spacious lounge under the eaves with a TV, games, and table football, ideal for children or for relaxing.
Guesthouse
A few meters from the manor house is a stylish and comfortable guest house for two people, ideal for those who want extra privacy.

Double bed (160 x 200 cm), sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Outside
The house is surrounded by romantically landscaped gardens with shady spots, mature trees, and natural stone walls. The large terrace offers spectacular views over the valley and is equipped with a dining table, chairs, and a gas barbecue.
Lower in the garden is the heated swimming pool (10 x 4 m), surrounded by sun loungers, beanbag chairs, and a lounge area under a pergola. There is also a pétanque court and a ping-pong table. Parking is available on site (maximum 6 cars).
Please note: the terrace has low walls without a balustrade and height differences. Therefore, the accommodation is less suitable for young children.

The price includes all charges, except:
* A €300 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
* The tourist tax of €3.30 per night per adult.
* Supplement for 1 pet: €100 per stay.
For stays of two weeks or longer, a 4-hour mid-stay cleaning is provided at the owner's expense.
Bed linens, bathroom towels, pool towels, bath mats, and tea towels are provided. These will be changed mid-stay for two-week bookings.

Vallee de Pierre is situated on a hill in a small, rural hamlet, just a few minutes' drive from the Dordogne River. Nearby, you can go canoeing and kayaking, or relax on one of the river beaches, including Siorac-en-Périgord. This charming village has restaurants, a supermarket, and a train station.
Saint-Cyprien, a charming medieval town just a short drive away, is also highly recommended. Stroll through the winding streets, enjoy the many terraces, and visit the lively Sunday morning market or the charming evening market in summer, where you can sample the gastronomy of the Périgord Noir.
Explore in all directions
From Vallée de Pierre, you can explore in all directions. In one direction, you'll find iconic villages like Domme and La Roque-Gageac, spectacularly situated above the Dordogne. Some of the region's most famous castles—Château de Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, and Château des Milandes—are also within 15 to 20 minutes. Sarlat-la-Canéda, the culinary heart of the region, is about a half-hour drive away.
In the other direction, you'll discover picturesque Limeuil, where the Dordogne and Vézère rivers meet, and elegant Trémolat, known for its excellent (Michelin) restaurants. A little further afield lies Bergerac, famous for its wines and charming historic center, which you can combine with a visit to charming Issigeac, with its popular market.
