One bedroom with a king bed 180cm x 210cm with two electrically adjustable bed frames.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and closets.
2 Bathrooms one with shower and one with a bath, 2 toilets.

The house is situated in the Périgord Noir on a property of 4000m2. The property is enclosed, slightly sloping, and very quiet. There is 100% privacy around the beautiful private pool of 10 X 4m, which is situated at only 10m from the house and is secured with an alarm. The swimming pool is open from May till October. Garden furniture and sunbeds around the swimming pool. Swing and barbecue.
There is much to see and entertainment close to the house with beautiful places such as Sarlat 14 km, Castelnaud 4 km, Château des Milandes 4 km, Château de Marquessac 4 km, Domme 5 km, Beynac 6km and the Dordogne river itself at 3 km. Many amusement for your children within a circle of 20 km. (Parc of the indiens, Parc of the singes, canoe - kayak, climbing, sea aquarium etc.).
