On the ground floor is a spacious, bright living room with a comfortable sitting area with 3 sofas, a coffee table and a small wood burner.
The 2 beautiful bedrooms are both accessible via the mezzanine
Bedroom 1: a double bedroom with a large double bed (160 cm wide), bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: has two single beds, a wardrobe and a small desk.
These bedrooms share a shower room, with a large walk-in shower, basin and WC.
The kitchen is located on the other side of the terrace in the former farmhouse.
The kitchen has a large fireplace and offers a dining area for 6 to 8 people
The kitchen is fully and well equipped and includes a 4-burner gas stove, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. A dresser and two small armchairs surrounding a flat screen TV complete this room.
The upper terrace is located on the east, and is ideal for breakfast!
A separate toilet compliments this floor
Below the aforementioned terrace is a small stone staircase leading to a small private shower room, with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

The beautiful private swimming pool is the ideal place where you can sunbathe or swim. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture. The electric shutter offers maximum security for the younger holidaymakers and retains the heat of the pool water. The central covered terrace is equipped with a large dining table, sofa and chairs, so you can dine al fresco or enjoy an aperitif. The terrace leading from the kitchen is also equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Ideal for the children is the small covered terrace, which can protect them from the heat of the midday sun, where they can draw or play! The large garden 4000m² of gardens consists of lawns and woods, ideal for shade or building huts. There is also a jeu de boules court. Outdoor parking for 2 to 3 cars
Maison Marnac is located in the heart of the touristic Dordogne (Périgord Noir) - The listed villages of Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Domme, Belves, the medieval town of Sarlat, the caves of Lascaux, Proumessac, Font de Gaume, the castles of Catslenaud, the Milandes etc etc... are all accessible within a radius of 25km. Golf de l'Olivarie (18 holes) and de la Forge (9 holes) are located 3 km from the house. The villages with all amenities of Siorac en Périgord and Saint-Cyprien, with its wonderful Sunday morning market, are equidistant at 4km from the house.
