Maison La Pech is a fantastic place for a wonderful holiday and very suitable for larger families or a group of friends. Nestled in lush greenery, Maison La Pech is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir. The house is suitable for 15 people and has a beautiful large heated private swimming pool and large enclosed garden. So ideal with small children and dogs.

Maison La Pech is a large holiday home for 15 people in the Dordogne with heated swimming pool and is spread over 2 floors. Total living area of more than 350m².
On the ground floor, the house has a spacious entrance (10m²) with space for storing coats and shoes, followed by a large hall (20m²) with access to the living rooms and the first sleeping area and access to the top.
On the left, the living rooms are well separated from the sleeping area so that everyone can live at their own pace during the holiday, you will find the kitchen (25m²), with a bar cabinet and breakfast table. It is perfectly equipped to cook with all the good products of the Périgord. There is a 4 ring induction hob, oven, microwave, two fridges, percolator, toasters, kettle and much more. Adjacent, the dining room (32m²) offers space for 14 guests to have lunch together in comfort. Separated by a fireplace on either side, the large living room offers two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, piano and flat screen television.
All living rooms have patio doors to the terrace, creating an "indoor-outdoor" lifestyle and therefore ideal in the summer.
On the other side of the entrance is the first sleeping area. There are a total of 6 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is "The Pink Room" (14m²): romantic double room with wooden furniture with a 160 cm bed, two bedside tables, a large old wardrobe, a desk and two chairs.
Bedroom 2 is "the gray room" (14m²): more modern double room with a bed of 16Ocm, two bedside tables, a rattan armchair and a storage unit with cupboard space.

There are separate toilets. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. Accessible from the entrance, a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet complete this level.
The beautiful staircase leads to the 1st floor where you will find the next bedrooms. The huge landing has a school desk.
Bedroom 3, "the blue room" (11m²), with a 160cm wide bed, a bedside table, a large cherry wood storage cupboard and a 110cm wide bed for extra sleeping space for a child
As an extension of the landing, the sofa placed in the wide hallway will be a place where children can play or where to install a baby cot in a very quiet place.
Bedroom 4 "The azur color room" (13m²) has a bed of 16Ocm wide, two bedside tables, a small drawer unit and a movable wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 "The green room" (13m²) is also furnished with a 140 cm bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 6 is the last bedroom, very spacious (25m²) is a paradise for children! Composed of two double beds (160 cm and 140 cm), 4 bedside tables, large wooden wardrobe, flat screen TV, armchairs and a small table, cousins and young friends can all sleep there together.
The large family bathroom upstairs (20m²) offers an open shower, two washbasins, a chest of drawers and a toilet.
Outside

Although the house is very spacious and perfectly equipped, you will probably spend most of the time outside.
The huge garden of more than 7500 m² is completely enclosed by shrubs, hedges and stone walls and offers several grass play areas, a trampoline and a boules court. A lovely place is the shade of the large hundred-year-old lime tree.
On the large semi-covered terrace, which runs the entire length of the house, you can set up long tables during the day, well protected from the heat. The garden furniture is ideal for an aperitif.
The essential private pool, 12mx5m, is equipped with plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a bar area. Heated from mid-April to the end of September, thanks to its fence AND electric cover, it offers optimum bathing comfort and double safety for the youngest holidaymakers. Bicycles, motorbikes and vehicles can be sheltered under the covered awning at the front of the property or in the 40m² garage.
Located in the golden triangle of the Périgord Noir, at the crossroads of the Dordogne valley and the Vézère valley, Maison La Pech is the ideal starting point to discover the riches of the Dordogne.
The classified towns and villages of Sarlat, Beynac, Domme, La Roque Gageac, St Léon sur Vézère, the gorges, caves and troglodytes of Périgord, a thousand and one castles... and so many places to visit and things to do , within a maximum radius of 25 km.
The fully serviced villages of St Cyprien and Les Eyzies are 6km and 8km away respectively. Bakery and restaurants in Meyrals 4 km away.
