The house has been recently renovated and combines authentic charm with modern comfort. You have plenty of space, several terraces and a private swimming pool - perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
Description
Inside you will find a cozy living space of 40 m² with fireplace, wood stove and large glass doors that open onto the terraces. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the back terrace, ideal for long dinners in the open air. On the ground floor you will also find a modern shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry room and a spacious bedroom with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
On the first floor there is another luxurious bedroom with private bathroom, a separate toilet, a third bedroom and a cozy mezzanine - a wonderful place to read or relax. All bedrooms have comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

You can enjoy complete privacy in the beautifully landscaped garden. There are several sunny seating areas, with the private swimming pool as the radiant centrepiece. Start the day with breakfast in the morning sun and end with a good glass of wine on one of the terraces.
