There is an open plan living and dining room, large kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and all appliances, leading out onto the dining terrace. The charming owners live at the top of the driveway in a completely separate and independent accommodation with private garden and terrace. All facilities are for the exclusive use of the rental guests. Owners are extremely respectful and discreet - available for assistance or in case of emergency.
Maison Camirout is ideally located for anyone who enjoys walking, cycling, golfing or fishing. We have excellent hiking trails that include part of the pilgrim walk to Santiago. You can cycle along the quiet country lanes or go off-road and explore some of the hidden gems in the forest. There is also an excellent 9 hole golf course just a 10 minute drive from Maison Camirout. Monclar has a lake for excellent fishing or go fishing in the Lot River, also just a 10-minute drive away.
Maison Camirout is located close to all amenities. Maison Camirout is located in open countryside on a small road a few minutes from Monclar in department 47, between Agen and Bergerac. Monclar, a pretty hilltop village 5 minutes drive away, has a bakery, butcher, post office, tennis and boules courts. Castelmoron-sur-Lot, less than 10 minutes' drive away, has a good supermarket and a classic car rally every two years (even number of years) in the summer. There are nice night markets in Fongrave and Laparade. All amenities in the large town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, 25 minutes away with supermarkets, all shops and many restaurants. Bergerac and its international airport 55 minutes.
