Maison Abelina is modernly furnished and has a large sliding door that gives access to the terrace where you can eat. There are three bedrooms

Outside
Around the house is a large fenced garden with a covered pergola at the front with a terrace where you have a beautiful view over the valley. The large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters has a shallow end. Ideal for small children who can stand there. There is ample parking space for various cars.
The center of Montignac is only a five minute drive away, where there are many good and cozy restaurants, and you can of course go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and here too there are some shops, cafés, restaurants and you can play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach and you can take golf lessons in Brive (26 km). Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric caves of Lascaux (near Montignac) and the atmospheric Medieval city of Sarlat (20 km) with charming markets and fun summer festivals. Eyrignac, where you can find beautiful gardens, is 34 km away.
