The lovely traditional (17th century) restored cottage is finished to an extremely high standard. It offers the tenant a spacious, easily managed accommodation for up to 8 people. It provides atmosphere as well as lots
of modern facilities. Downstairs there is a full bedroom for 2 people, a middle room with sofa bed also for two persons and a bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor is a spacious bedroom for 2 people, behind it is a small bedroom, separated by a curtain and two beds 2 people and a bathroom with tub and shower and a toilet. Free Wi-Fi. Audio and satellite-tv, a fully fitted & equipped modern kitchen.

2 big stone fire-places, a private swimming pool (12 * 6 m), BBQ & outdoor tennis table. Wifi internet.
Also ideal for group sessions up to 40 people (5 bungalows and the mansion).
Within a 5 minute drive, you will find all the shops you need and lots of places of interest. The Dordogne offers you lots of opportunities to find your own way to relax. In the neighbourhood of 'Domaine Lou Peyrol' you will find castles as well as several famous vineyards: Bergerac - Montbazillac - Pécharmant.
