On the line of Bordeaux, inland between Bergerac and Souillac is a domaine of 7.5 hectare in a small valley. There are three cottages in old ocher-yellow stone pierre-built, typical of the region. Enjoy with your family or together of the space, peace and nature.
There is a pool of 1.5 m deep and 25 cm deep paddling. It's kidsproof, there is a large play include a trampoline, large sandbox and a sturdy wooden play castle. The village of Coux et Bigaroque is 2 km away. Here you will find the bakery with small neighborhood supermarket, a bar and a restaurant. On 5 and 7 km are larger cities with large supermarkets (Lidl also include and Aldi).
La Source is a cozy gite for 6 people and is located on a hill overlooking the domain. There is a terrace around the house where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, but with enough shade for the hot summer days. With a stone barbecue for the long summer evenings and a wooden hot tub for the winter season. The patio doors open to the kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped to cook a delicious meal for six people and make a nice cappuccino in the morning.
The stone walls provide cosiness and old world charm. Also on this floor is the homely living room with a fireplace and a cabinet with board games and books. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with a bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and have a characteristic atmosphere due to the low wooden beams on the ceiling, perfect for children. Both bedrooms have two single beds (80x200cm), but it is also possible to convert them into a queen-size bed (160x200cm). There is another shower in a bath, sink and separate toilet and plenty of storage space for your clothes.
Restaurant: 3 km, Supermarket: 3 km. A perfect base for exploring the region with its many medieval villages, castles and Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme and Sarlat. The vineyards of Bordeaux, St Emilion and Monbazillac are 90 car-minutes away. The pleasant village of Siorac, with shops, restaurants and supermarket, is only two miles away. The medieval local town of Saint-Cyprien also with shops and restaurants is another 3 miles away. It has a large attractive and colored market on the Sunday morning.
