Utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Double bed (150 cm, four poster), patio doors to the side terrace, en-suite bathroom (also accessible via the hallway) with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet

* Although the house is situated on a hill, the centre of Cénac-et-Saint-Julien is within walking distance for those with good mobility. Otherwise, a short drive is recommended.

The spacious terrace along the entire length of the house offers breathtaking views of the medieval town of Domme. Enjoy long summer evenings here at the large dining table, sheltered by parasols or the electric awning.
The garden of approx. 2 hectares offers plenty of privacy, with lawns, ancient trees and Mediterranean shrubs. The large private swimming pool (11 x 5 m, 1.20 - 2.10 m deep) is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a gas barbecue and a pizza oven - perfect for relaxing days in the sun. There is ample parking on site for up to five cars.
