In the garden is a new swimming pool (10m x 5m) with alarm, deckchairs, parasols and a table and chairs for your comfort and relaxation. In the garden you will find several tables and chairs for a nice meal or aperitif while you enjoy the view. One hectare of forest and grassland offers a paradise for children. Private parking for two cars.
In the high season, the preference is for a rental of two consecutive weeks
For those who like to hike there are hundreds of miles of trails. This part of the Dordogne, the far south east, where the Perigord meets the Quercy is probably one of the most beautiful areas in France. But not just that: it has a very favourable own mini-climate thanks to two mountain ridges that protects the area from rain, wind and cold. The annual average temperature is among the highest of France.
On this and other hills the local Domme Wine (AOC) is produced. Pomerol, St.Emilion, Graves, Medoc and other world famous wine districts are ‘around the corner’.
The house is situated at 2 km from the center of the beautiful medieval village of Daglan (with all facilities including a mid size supermarket) and all of the famous attractions are on your doorstep. Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Limeul, Beynac, Domme.
Activities
There is an 18 hole and 9 hole golf course at Siorac and another in Vitrac. Hiking, canoeing.
