Description
This house is ideal for 4 people. The house is located under the owner's house, but is totally independent and offers 100% privacy. It is a restored house in Sarlat style with the characteristic beautiful yellow stones. The ground floor consists of a large living room / kitchen and a shower room (shower, sink and toilet). Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a separate toilet. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, gas cooker, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee maker, TV.
Outside
You can choose between two outdoor terraces to relax with a view of the well-kept park. The tiled 6 m x 12 m swimming pool is open from May to October. La Bergerie only shares the pool with the owners (who rarely use the pool) Equipment: Electric barbecue, table and chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas for 4 people. Pets are allowed as long as they are neat, quiet and sweet animals. The site is partly fenced.
Wellness Sauna
This quality wellness area is designed exclusively for the pleasure of the guests. You can relax in peace. The spacious building is very bright and has a spa, sauna, gym with various fitness equipment, cloakroom with toilet and shower. A sitting area with a couch, sun loungers and a swing bench. Surrounding area
Milhac is located on the border of Dordogne and Lot and is a small medieval village of 200 inhabitants, attracting visitors with its quiet pace of life and charming architecture. All shopping can be achieved locally either from Gourdon just 6 km away or from Grolejac 4 km. The village is situated on a hill and the Milhac castle is near.
The river Dordogne (about 15 minutes) is a piece of heaven on earth, situated at the end of the downhill valley. You actually feel as if you are long away from any kind of civilisation , covered in green nature around the blue water. Birds, butterflies and wild flowers surround the river.
