Description
On the ground floor you will find the living room with kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining table with 4 chairs and a dresser. The kitchen is equipped with a tiled worktop with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric hob with 3 burners, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, kitchenware and crockery and a freezer. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace. The holiday home has recently been renovated with an authentic atmosphere due to the rough stones and bleached wooden elements. The wood stove is very suitable to create a pleasant temperature in the low season.
The shower room and separate toilet complete this floor. The bathroom has a washing machine, double sink, shower and towel rack. On the top floor you will find a small living room with TV and access to the two bedrooms. The small living room has a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, WIFI, access to your Netflix subscription, DVD player, HIFI and USB port. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and an armchair. Bedroom 2 has two single beds of 90 cm, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and an armchair. For a baby, a high chair, a baby bed and a baby bath are available free of charge. Your pet is very welcome in Gite Claire.
Outside
The 30m² terrace is located on the southwest and is the ideal place to eat outside or relax in the shade in the summer. The terrace has a bistro table with 4 chairs, a parasol and 2 armchairs. It is possible to park your vehicle for free on one of the public parking spaces on 10 meters away from the gite.
You will find within 500 meters in the village that extends along a road with local shops including 2 bakeries, 2 mini supermarkets, a local producers' shop, tobacconist's, 2 restaurants, pharmacy, florist, flea market, hairdresser, post office and garage. The pleasant town of Lalinde is 3 km away and has 2 supermarkets. The large city of Bergerac offers all shops and other services. During your stay, do not hesitate to stock up at the many markets where you will find local food products throughout the year. The local markets are in Issigeac on Sunday morning, Bergerac on Wednesday and Saturday morning, Lalinde on Thursday. In the summer months there are many great night markets where you can enjoy delicious food, wine tasting and dance to French Chansons. Outdoor activities are also possible. Many hiking and mountain bike routes from the village including Beaumont-du-Périgord and Lalinde.
