Gite Charmaine de Belves is ideal for 4 people and with a single bed in the living room it can accommodate a third child or extra flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. With a total living area of approximately 90m², the house has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas burners, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dining area and dresser. The kitchen opens to the front terrace, garden and pool. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. A fireplace is available for mid-season evenings.
Adjacent you will find bedroom 1. It is a double bedroom with a king size bed and a romantic private terrace. There is an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower and sink. Bedroom 2 is on the other side of the kitchen. It is furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a large double bed.
This bedroom also has its own ensuite shower room with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet.
Wifi available throughout the house. Electric central heating at extra cost. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival. You can just unpack and enjoy your stay!

Although the kitchen has a dining area, you will appreciate the large outside terrace at the front of the house. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, barbecue and umbrella. The huge garden is surrounded by fields and offers a wonderful place for children to play, hide while the adults can relax in the shade of the large trees. There is a lovely private pool 4m x 8m with sun loungers and it is protected by both a submerged alarm and a double security fence. The veranda is also equipped with a table and chairs and is a lovely place to enjoy an aperitif.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
Gite Charmaine de Belves is the ideal starting point for exploring the Perigord Noir, with all major tourist sites within a radius of 30 km.
The house is located only 2 km from the listed village of Belves. Voted "one of the most beautiful villages in France". You will find all necessary shops, supermarkets, colorful weekly markets, bars and restaurants. The Olivarie golf course (18 holes) and the Forge (9 holes) are only 6 km away. Horse riding center, Dordogne river and several sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities can be found nearby.
