Gite Allas les Mines is an attractive gite for 2 to 4 people and is located in the Dordogne in the heart of the Périgord Noir. There is a large garden and swimming pool, ideal for a couple or a small family.

Gite Allas les Mines offers on the ground floor a large bright living room. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa bed, which offers sleeping accommodation for 2 additional guests. There is a flat screen TV and coffee table. There is a dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs and a sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. The large bay window opens directly onto the terrace of the house. There is a separate toilet with sink and washing machine.
From the living room the beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor. There you will find a large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide), two bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe and storage shelves. A single mattress or cot is available so young children can sleep next to their parents. On the other side of the landing is a second dressing room. Adjacent to this bedroom you will find the bathroom with a bath with shower curtain, a sink and a toilet
The house is very comfortable in all seasons, thanks to the thick stone walls in the summer and the efficient electric heating in the winter.
There is Wifi connection throughout the house.

The house has a beautiful garden with flowers and there are many trees that provide the necessary shade. The terrace has a garden table, 6 chairs, a large parasol for alfresco lunches, and a barbecue. The 10mx5m swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasol for lazy afternoons. It is occasionally shared with the owners whose house is adjacent. The parking space for 1 car is available on the property's grounds, at the front of the house.

Gite Allas les Mines is located between the Chateau de Castelnaud and the Chateau des Milandes. It is the ideal starting point to explore the riches of the Périgord Noir. There are many tourist attractions such as the beautiful villages of Beynac-et-Cazenac, Domme, La Roque Gageac, the medieval town of Sarlat, the caves of Fond de Gaume, the Gouffre de Padyrac. They are all within a radius of up to 25 km.
The Dordogne river is accessible at the Port d'envaux leisure center, 4 km from the house. You will find a beach, a bar/restaurant, a tree climbing course and canoe rental companies.
