On the ground floor the entrance to the house is through 2 glass doors. The doors open directly to the spacious and attractive lounge with high ceilings and windows with the amazing view of Domme. The comfortable sofas are set around the stone fireplace and there is a flat-screen TV. From the living room you enter the dining room. The modern glass dining table offers space for 10 people.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the modern conveniences needed for preparing home-cooked meals with the fresh produce purchased at the many local markets. You will find an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. The kitchen gives access to the 2 terraces, the perfect place for breakfast or an aperitif!
On the other side of the living room you will find bedroom 1. This room has a large window with a beautiful view of Domme. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, 160 cm wide, bedside tables and lamps. This room has its own shower room with shower, sink, toilet and dressing. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is strategically hidden behind cupboard doors. A separate toilet is available on this floor
The first floor floats above the living room to three sides and offers a study area complete with desk and bookshelves. A French door opens onto the rear upper garden and jacuzzi. It gives access to the 2nd bedroom with a large four-poster bed. You also have a fantastic view of Domme from this bedroom! There is a wooden cupboard, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower with sink and toilet. From the study room a few stone steps lead to the 3rd bedroom. This room has a double bed, armchairs and a hi-fi system quadro phonic. This bedroom has a family bathroom complete with bath and shower and sink. There is a separate toilet.

Dommoise is located in the heart of a beautiful 10,000 m² garden and is planted with numerous shrubs and fruit trees. Large lawns offer an ideal place for ball games. Various terraces are available. The terrace in front of Dommoise offers an iron table and chairs and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The kitchen terrace on the side of the house is ideal for breakfast or lunch. A little further is a vine-covered terrace with table and chairs and a gas barbecue. This place is ideal for shady lunches in the heat of the summer. The jacuzzi is surrounded by a charming stone Japanese garden. The jacuzzi is open from April to October and is covered so that you can bathe in all weather conditions. One of the nicest places of the domaine is the swimming pool (13m x 5m) with a beautiful view of Domme and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. It is protected by an electric deck and is heated from May to the end of September. There is ample opportunity to park various cars on the site, one of which is covered.
Dommoise is located in a great place in the Dordogne and only a 10-minute walk away via a beautiful footpath from the famous bastide village of Domme with its shops, restaurants and beautiful weekly market. All famous tourist sights such as Sarlat la Canéda, the pearl of the Perigord and the many other beautiful villages of France such as La Roque Gageac, Beynac and Castelnaud all within a 15 km radius.
