This luxury group accommodation for 20 people is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The estate consists of two comfortable villas and an additional garden room, offering a flexible layout. Villa 1 – sleeps up to 14
The spacious main villa features six bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a covered terrace with a sun deck and barbecue.
The ground floor houses two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two bunk beds. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with three single beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, six-burner gas stove, and oven. The living room features a wood-burning stove, dining table, comfortable seating, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and Chromecast. An ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner are also provided.
Villa 2 – sleeps up to 6
This adjoining villa features three bedrooms, a spacious living room overlooking the pool, an open-plan kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a storage room. Outside, there is a covered terrace, sun deck, and barbecue.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and electric stove. In the living room, you will find a wood-burning stove, dining table, comfortable seating, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and Chromecast.
Additional garden room
The garden room offers extra flexibility regarding sleeping arrangements and provides a bit more privacy. It is furnished with a 180 cm wide double bed, two single beds, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Outdoor area and private pool
The fenced private pool (6 x 12 meters) features secure access. The pool house includes a shower, a separate toilet, and ten sun loungers with cushions. Additionally, there are multiple terraces, two barbecues (one of which is gas-powered), and ample parking space.
Sports and leisure activities have also been considered, with a volleyball court, football goal, boules court, table tennis table, sandbox, and children's playground. While the children have fun, you can relax by the pool or enjoy a meal outdoors.
Enjoying nature and the beach
A large lake is located nearby, offering opportunities for walking, cycling, and enjoying nature. The sea and beach are also just a short distance away. This makes it easy to head out and explore or simply stay at the holiday home to swim, sunbathe, and barbecue together.

The listed rates are based on a group of more than 16 people. For each additional person, we charge:
Low season: €150 per week
High season: €250 per week
The rental price depends on the number of guests.
The owner takes the composition of the group into account.
Example: A stay with 16 adults differs from a stay with a group of 8 adults and 8 children.

The estate is situated 3 km from Carcans, nestled in the woods. Carcans is little more than a village square with a church and a few small shops. Lac d'Hourtin-Carcans is just 1 km away, and the sea is 5 km away.
Médoc
The Médoc region is located in Aquitaine. This part of France features a rare combination of landscapes: ocean, lakes, countryside, hills, mountains, and valleys filled with vineyards that produce many world-famous wines. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde, the region enjoys a microclimate with very pleasant temperatures. Aquitaine boasts miles of wide, fine sandy beaches and is a true paradise for surfers. The Atlantic Ocean—with its vast beaches—and the famous Lake Hourtin (19 km long and 3 to 4 km wide) form an impressive natural area; the lake is bordered by marshland to the north and a belt of dunes reaching heights of up to 60 meters to the west. The landscape is interspersed with charming villages and renowned names such as Pauillac, home to Châteaux Lafite, Latour, and Mouton Rothschild.
Bordeaux is certainly worth a visit! The city center is magnificent—almost like an open-air museum. A large part of the historic old town and the riverfront quays has been on the World Heritage List since 2007. Be sure not to miss the most photogenic spot: the 18th-century Place de la Bourse, reflected in the *Miroir d’Eau* (Water Mirror) right by the Garonne River. You also shouldn't miss a visit to the Cité du Vin; this unique museum, entirely dedicated to wine, is housed in a futuristic architectural masterpiece on the banks of the Garonne.

The area surrounding the house is perfect for walking and cycling.
The Lacanau golf courses are nearby (15 minutes away). For those who love the sea, the beach, and surfing, the coast is just 5 minutes away. Sailing, windsurfing, and canoeing are popular activities on the lakes. Fishing is also an option in the Gironde region.
