600. Chateau LeBreuil 1882

A hidden château in the heart of the Dordogne

Mouleydier, Perigord Pourpre (Dordogne)

Château LeBreuil 1882 is an exclusive retreat where 19th-century heritage and contemporary luxury come together. Tucked away at the end of a tree-lined driveway, surrounded by forest and with no neighbors in sight, this beautifully restored château offers you complete tranquility and privacy for up to 12 guests.

Description
Inside, you will find a stylish and spacious interior featuring 6 generous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a custom-made kitchen, an elegant dining room, a sunny lounge, and a private cinema. Antique and modern elements have been carefully combined, creating a warm, refined, and relaxed atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need for elaborate cooking. Adjacent to it is a separate laundry room.

The lounge is bright and comfortable, featuring a bio-ethanol fireplace, while the cinema room is set up for movies, sports, and games, with a projector and Sonos sound system. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The château is designed for comfort, space, and privacy in understated French elegance. The 6 bedrooms are distributed across the first and second floors and all feature a luxurious en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, the kitchen forms the heart of the house, alongside the formal dining room, the bright living room, and the cinema room.

Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, and two on the second floor. All rooms feature king-size beds, a private bathroom, and a quiet workspace. Additionally, the upper floor is equipped with air conditioning and a wellness area with yoga equipment and fitness gear.

Outside
Outside, life unfolds at its most beautiful. Here, you can enjoy long summer evenings on the dining terrace, a private 14.5x5 meter swimming pool, and views over 120 acres of forest. The estate has a rich history and even served as the local headquarters of the resistance during the war, but today it offers above all silence, space, and tranquility. Outside, you have ample parking, a front courtyard, and a large south-facing terrace overlooking the pool. Sun loungers, parasols, a Weber barbecue, and a large dining table make this the perfect spot for long lunches and evenings outdoors. For extra relaxation, there are also table tennis and pétanque.
