Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette jolie maison avec piscine, avec un emplacement idéal très proche du centre de Sarlat et des nombreuses visites. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très discret. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig im Gr?nen und ist sehr nett und
geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Au?enanlagen mit Terrasse und Pool sind sehr
gut zu benutzen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt und
wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen!

Great vacation house, located in a slightly remote area of Sarlat. The
house has plenty of equipment available (cooking ustensiles, BBQ, vacuum,
even toys). There is a play area in the back of the garden for small kids.

Nous avons pass? un super s?jour. La maison est tr?s agr?able, la
piscine ?tait belle et rien que pour nous (Les propri?taires n'?taient
pas l?). La maison se situe ? 1 min de Sarlat en voiture et est proche de
toutes commodit?es, tr?s pratique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We stayed here earlier this year in May. The cottage was well
maintained, and an excellent base for our stay. The pool was excellent,
large enough for us, especially as we had exclusive use for most of our
stay. It was only a short walk into the centre of Sarlat, less than ten
minutes, although note the walk back is a bit steep uphill ! Overall an
excellent cottage .

BEAUTIFUL QUIET STONE COTTAGE Having stayed in the town of Sarlat a
number of times over the years we thought we would find somewhere a little
more rural but still in walking distance from the town. Cavail? cottage is
on the edge of the town and is all that we could have hoped for as although
it was very tranquil it was only a 10 min. walk to the town centre, on the
way back it took a little longer, there is a bit of a climb and you are
full up with all the delicious Foie Gras and good wine that is on offer.
For us it did not matter but you can take the car if you feel a bit lazy
there is plenty of parking and in the car you are only 2 mins away. ? We
often travel September/October to France and have sometimes been
disappointed with gite accommodation at the end of the normal season. It
was lovely to find that the cottage was very, very clean all the bedding
pillows ect were spotless we felt as if we were the first people to use the
cottage, everything was just right nothing was old or tired with furniture
and fittings exactly as the pictures, great! We strongly recommend the
place and hope to return in the future. Oct-2016

A MAGICAL STONE COTTAGE! Of all the cottages and flats we have rented in Europe, this has to be the most perfect. It is a mix of quaint style,
vintage timbers, and light, bright, walls. Kim and Jerry have restored and
decorated the house with style and tast. We love "old", but that is often
coupled with dark, dusty, and a little crusty. Not Gite Cavaile! We both
love to cook and found the kitchen efficient and modern, the dishes nice
for serving a gourmet dinner from ingredients purchased at the wonderful
open air market and the indoor and outdoor eating areas warm and
inviting.? The proximity of the cottage to Sarlat made site-seeing easy.
It is a 12 minute walk into the Medival villiage. We found the swimming
pool relaxing as well as great exercise. Everything was exceptionally well
maintained. If only we could have stayed another week! Sept-2014

GREAT FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY! Stayed here with my husband and 2
children. The gite is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The
inside space is more than adequate for a family and there is lots of space
outdoors with 2 seating/dining areas, a large, lovely pool area with
further table and chairs and a large garden for the kids to run around in.
The property is on the outskirts of Sarlat and is certainly within walking
distance. However the temperatures were in the 30's during our stay and as
the walk home is uphil we chose to take the car. Sarlat and the surrounding
area is certainly beautiful with so many places to visit. We found it very
busy being ther in August but if you want to look around somewhere, go
earlier in the morning and beat the crowds. All in all a wonderful holiday
and we would certainly consider returning in the future. Sept-2015

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PRESENTED HOME AND POOL We have rented villas in France for the past ten years. This one has to be the best presented home for you to enjoy your holiday. It's location is perfect as it is extremely peaceful and yet you are only a short stroll into Sarlat so a car is not necessary in the evening. It also has without question the cleanest and warmest pool I have ever seen. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this property again June 2014
