The Domaine consists of 3 fully equipped gites
Everyone meets at the edge of the private pool, heated from April to October for the comfort of our guests, on the large terrace overlooking the grounds, or under the hall with table tennis table and basketball hoop, which will delight guests.
Gite 1

Gite 1 is located at the entrance of the domain and is ideal for 6 holidaymakers. On the ground floor, the holiday home offers a beautiful open lounge with two glass doors for direct access to the swimming pool.
The large open kitchen is perfectly built in on the left. This has a refrigerator with drawers, a semi-professional 5-burner gas hob, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The amount of crockery and cooking equipment is more than generous.
The dining area, with wooden table, offers the opportunity to have lunch together indoors.
On the right side is the cozy sitting area furnished with two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table, library shelf, flat screen TV and wood stove, which can be used in the middle and low season.
This opens onto a large shower room with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
The beautiful wooden staircase from the living room leads to the first floor.
There are 3 bedrooms
A first large double room, with a 160 cm wide bed, two tables and bedside lamps, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
A modern bathroom with washbasin and large tiled walk-in shower
A second double room with a double bed, a table and bedside lamp, shelves, a chest of drawers.
A third large bedroom with a double bed, two tables and bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, a small storage unit, a desk and shelves. It has a glass door that gives access to the garden and terrace overlooking the pool.
The large hall offers a play area for children and an office space to work comfortably.
Separate toilets complete this floor.
Gite 2

Located on the other side of the pool, 10 meters from gite 1, you will find gite 2 and is ideal for 4 to 5 people
The terrace level is spread over two levels and offers a beautiful sunny terrace with garden table and chairs, parasol. There is a large, very bright living room, with natural stone walls, beamed ceiling and window frames and oak parquet floor. The dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and high dining table with 5 bar stools.
The comfortable lounge area is elegantly furnished with a sofa, two coffee table armchairs, a TV cabinet, flat-screen TV and DVD player. A hi-fi system is available with a choice of CDs.

Between the two maisons you will find the private swimming pool, which is ideal for a lazy afternoon. For the comfort of guests, the pool is heated from April to October. It is secured by an electric safety cover. There are sun loungers and parasols.
There are no fewer than 4 terraces, all equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and enjoying the sun all day long. You can use a large Wever charcoal barbecue.
The gardens extend to approximately 3300 m² and are fully fenced. It offers a lawn and a playground for the little ones. There is a tennis table in the old covered barn. Parking for up to 4 cars in the houses.
The property is 1 km from Sarlat town center with all its shops, bars and restaurants. The colorful markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings are a must, as are the narrow cobbled streets.
All the major tourist sites of the Dordogne Valley such as the villages of Domme, la Roque Gageac, Beynac are all within a 30 minute drive.
The nearest motorway is at Souillac, 20km to the east, and the local airports are at Bergerac and Brive, both about 40km away.
