Le Pigeonnier de Saint Cyprien is a massive stone villa for 8 persons. Newly furnished and well equipped it also has the benefit of full gas central heating and log fire making it perfect for winter lets and Internet The house has three large double bedrooms and a kids bedroom (with two bunkbeds and a double bed), making it ideal for families and couples traveling together.
Downstairs:
- The nicely furnished bedroom has its own private shower-room and toilet.
- Next door, there is a utility room with a washing machine.
Groundfloor:
- The large kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, and both gas and electric hotplates, and is fully equipped.
- The attractive living room contains two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and television with dvd player and hi fi sound system for you to enjoy and relax. It has French doors which lead to a large terrace. The stunning views of the medieval village and the countryside all around make a lovely spot to enjoy the sunset!
- The second double bedroom has also a bathroom with toilet just next door.
Upstairs:
The third double bedroom can easily fit a cot if required.
The last bedroom comprises two bunkbeds and a fourth double bed and can accomodate two other adults or up to 6 children. Between the bedrooms, there is another shower room with toilet.

Outside
Entrance is from the large terrace area at the front of the house. Facing south, it is partially covered to provide shade during those hot summer days. This will also protect you from any wind when weather is colder, allowing long diners under the stars! Two terraces, both equipped with tables and chairs to dine outside. A large heated private pool, 10m*5m and 0,80m to 2,10m deep. For safety of the youngest travelers, there a gate with a lock.
Mature trees and bushes as olive trees, palm trees. Large area at the back of the house, ideal for children to play (completely fenced) and to park 4 cars.

The house is only situated at 500m from the center of the village of St Cyprien. Shops, restaurants, cash points, wine shop and great open Sunday morning market in the village. Supermarket and petrol station at 1,5km. Saint Cyprien: Picturesque city, harmony of warm colored walls in a green landscape, Saint-Cyprien will seduce you with its unique geographical site, at the crossroads of Perigord Noir touristic treasures. Peaceful and enriching holidays for all along one of the most beautiful rivers in France : the Dordogne.
The Black Perigord dominates the Vezere and Dordogne Valleys. A countryside timelessly beautiful since prehistoric times. Montignac, Font-de-Gaume, les Eyzies-de-Tayac (Prehistoric Capital), la Roque-Saint-Christophe, le Bugue, Limeuil, Terrasson, Saint-Cyprien and Sarlat. There too many castles and caves to mention. Dordogne river at 1,5km, Sarlat at 20km.

Tennis courts at 500m, Golf at Lolivarie in Siorac-en-Périgord (7km), go Karts at Saint-Geniès, River Boat trips in the " Valley of five Castles ", Mountain bikes and canoes-kayaks in Prehistoric Valley, the Goose farm at Campagnac, the Animal Park and attractions at " Jacquou’s farm ", swimming from Saint Cyprien beach, the Pont de Vicq or the Roque-Gageac .
