The villa is well appointed with a lovely outdoor space including the terrace and the pool where we spent most of our time. Indoors the rooms are spacious and comfortable and while there isn't air conditioning, there are numerous fans which help to cool the upstairs. WiFi signal is good. What could be improved indoors is the flush of the downstairs toilet and re arrangement of the kitchen into a more useful space.(including a bigger fridge/freezer) The villa is ideally suituated with a 20 minute walk to de Buisson which, while not being a tourist destination, is very authentic with lovely shops, cafes and a magnificent restaurant (Auberge L'Esperance). De Buisson is very well placed to visit all the historical sites, regional markets, beautiful villages and swims in the Dordogne (particularly at Limeuil) We had a lovely 2 weeks and would recommend to fellow travellers.

Nouvel an parfait ! Maison exactement comme sur les photos, que ce soit pour les parties communes ou chambres, les pièces sont très grandes et c'est vraiment agréable quand on est nombreux! La maison est bien équipée et Tout est à disposition c'est super ! La communication est très bonne avec les hôtes ! Un grand merci !

We had a wonderful week at the end of October in this property. The weather was excellent and the garden when appointed for sitting in the Sun drinking a glass of wine. We love this area of France and the property is well located for hopping in the car and getting out and about and exploring. The house is a very good size with a relaxing lounge.

Dordogne gem
This is a beautiful traditional property of the area which has been tastefully renovated by the owner making it a real home from home for our party of six adults. The setting is perfect for exploring the beautiful villages of the Dordogne as well as the local village and all it has to offer. The actual cooking area in the kitchen is quite small for the size of the room but there was a large kitchen table which seated eight comfortably both inside and outside. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans etc. The pool and decking areas outside were a good size and provided plenty of shade in the hot weather. We had an issue with the dishwasher in the first few days which caused the electricity to go off and a leak under the kitchen sink but this was dealt with very quickly by the property manager and a replacement dishwasher was provided. There was no change of bed linen provided which could have been a problem in bad weather as the tumble dryer did not work. However we had lots of lovely weather so it was not a problem. There were plenty of towels in an upstairs cupboard. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend this property. We certainly would like to visit again.
