Description
La Vieille Maison 8p is an authentic holiday home that has been completely restored but with the current comfort. La Vieille Maison 8p can be rented weekly throughout the year and monthly outside the summer months.
The kitchen, the dining room and the living room are in one and the same room, which increases the space and makes it a very cozy place.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker and sandwich maker.
In the living/dining room you will find WiFi, a television, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. A large stone fireplace provides a pleasant atmosphere on the cooler days or to cook your grilled meats that will perfume the whole room. There is also central heating
Books are at your disposal, as well as documentation about the region.
In the bathroom you will find a sink, shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
There are 3 bedrooms. In the downstairs bedroom you will find a double bed 140cm wide, 1 cot, 1 chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
On the first floor you will find a small bedroom with a double bed of 140cm wide and a closet with shelves and hanging space. And finally a very large attic bedroom with two double beds of 140cm wide and a large wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
Outside
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue
Around the private swimming pool (diameter 5.50 m) you will find a number of sun loungers and there are swings for the children.
The activities are many and varied: hiking or cycling, fishing on site or in a lake of 120 hectares 1 km from the cottage, tennis, canoeing, horseback riding, golf, water park... But also: farmer's markets, gastronomic markets and nightlife, flea markets, garage sales and flea markets...
Visits to caves, gorges, castles, bastides, medieval villages, vineyards, gardens, museums, etc... And why not spend a day at the ocean in Arcachon and La Dune du Pila (highest dune in Europe).
