Beau Rivage is an old fully restored farm for 8 people with a large private swimming pool and is located in the surroundings of Limeuil. The picturesque village of Limeuil is the place where the rivers Vézère and the Dordogne come together. It is a wonderful vacation spot and to discover the Dordogne. Perigueux and Sarlat are nearby and in Le Bugue you can find all amenities such as supermarkets and pharmacies. In this town you will find delicious eateries, boutiques with regional products and a cozy weekly market.
Description
On the ground floor is the large fully equipped (dining) kitchen, with patio doors to the courtyard. In addition, the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and fireplace, a large dining table with view on the balustrade of the landing of the first floor.
Bedroom 1: is located on the ground floor, has a large sofa bed and doors to the terrace in the courtyard. In the hall next to it is a bathroom with shower, sink and w.c.
On the first floor are the three following bedrooms, and there is a vide with a play area for small children.
Bedroom 2: is the master bedroom and has a large twin bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The patio doors give access to a spacious balcony with an outside staircase to the courtyard.
Bedroom 3: is a children's bedroom with two single beds.
Bedroom 4: is a cozy master bedroom and has a double bed. The bedrooms 3 and 4 share the bathroom with shower toilet and sink on the landing.
Outside
Around the house is a spacious garden with spots in the sun, but also with sufficient shade. It is a true paradise for children because there is a large trampoline and a swimming pool of 4 by 10 meters. 5 minutes away is the picturesque Limeuil (one of the Plus Beaux Villages de France) where it is also possible to swim in the river or make a canoe trip. Enjoy the peace and atmosphere around the country house and the varied possibilities that the area offers.
Het stadje Le Bugue biedt o.a. supermarkten (Aldi, LIDL en een grote Intermarché), restaurants, een grote weekmarkt. In Le Bugue, vindt u Le Bournat, een nagebouwd 19e eeuws dorp met demonstraties van traditionele ambachten; le Gouffre de Proumeyssac (kristallen kathedraal); Aquarium du Perigord Noir en Bara Bahu (prehistorische grotten). De omgeving staat vol met prachtige middeleeuwse bastide dorpen, waaronder Sarlat, Domme, Limeuil, Belves en Monpazier (vier van "allermooiste dorpen van Frankrijk").
