Maison Daglan is a typical Perigordine house and is located near the village of Daglan and the Dordogne Valley, ideally located to discover the area. It is spread over two levels and has two separate sleeping areas, making it ideal for two families traveling together.

Maison Daglan is suitable for 8 to 10 people and has a beautiful kitchen, dining table, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. The living room has a large corner sofa, armchair and a traditional fireplace. The dining area has a round table and 8 chairs.
There are 4 bedrooms divided into 2 sleeping areas
The first sleeping area is located on the ground floor and offers:
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with large double bed, chest of drawers and armchair. This bedroom has French doors that open directly onto the terrace.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There is a shower room with large walk-in shower and double sink. A separate toilet with sink completes this floor. There is a laundry room with washing machine.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the 2nd living room. It is a fantastic large living room with two sofas and armchairs; and a flat-screen TV. French doors open to the terrace, garden and pool.
The second sleeping area is located on this level and is accessed from the living room.
Bedroom 3 is also a spacious bedroom with large double bed, bedside tables and lamps. It has its own shower, sink and bidet.
Bedroom 4 has a large double bed and twin beds under bedside tables, chest of drawers and lamps and a separate shower room with shower, toilet and sink.
The bedrooms and the large living room on the first floor, the bedroom with private bathroom and the bedroom with 4 beds are air-conditioned.

Maison Daglan is set in extensive grounds and has great south-west views over the rolling countryside. The large heated swimming pool is located behind the house and benefits from the sun all day long. The surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The final temperature of the water depends on the meteorological conditions. To the front of the house there is a courtyard with a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a further seating area, ideal for an aperitif whilst watching the sunset! Private parking for up to 4 cars.
Maison Daglan is located in the small hamlet of Mas de Cause, just 5 minutes from the center of the beautiful village of Daglan, where you will find a bakery, a small supermarket, two restaurants, several craft shops, a tourist information center and a weekly market. Bergerac Airport is just a 50-minute drive away and medieval Sarlat is a 15-minute drive away. All the 'must see' sites of the Dordogne are within a 30 km radius of the house.
