Ground floor:
A cloakroom with toilet and sink. A large and spacious living room with French doors to the terrace. A sitting area with comfortable sofas, a 105cm LCD flatscreen TV with full UK satellite and French TV channels and a DVD player. The dining area overlooks the terrace and pool and you have a great view over the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The cooker is electric with a hood.
The ground floor has a master bedroom features a large double bed (160cm wide), a sofa, a large wardrobe and even a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has air conditioning and heating. A large ensuite bathroom with a built-in shower, separate tub, double sink, toilet, bidet and a heated towel rail.
The internal garage accessed from the hall is equipped with a laundrywashing machine and dryer.
First floor:
A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm) and wardrobe. A second bedroom with two single beds and a cot. An ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. A third bedroom features a large double bed (160 x 200cm), wardrobe, armchairs and a TV. A large bathroom with shower with built-in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Delightful during hot days in summer. WiFi is available throughout the villa.
Outside

The French doors in the living room open onto a large 100 square meter terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and the valley. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and a gas grill so you can dine outside. In the sun or in the shade of the electric blinds. You can relax on a sun lounger under an umbrella, or play table tennis!
The heated private pool has roman steps and an alarm system for the safety of small children. There is a terrace surrounding the pool with sun loungers and a hot / cold shower. On the property there is a parkingarea for 3 cars.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
The shops ( 2 bakeries, butcher, chemist), a supermarket and good restaurants (local and exotic food (Thai )) and a nice weekly market in Cénac are at +/- 3,5km from the house.
You can access the Dordogne river at 4km from the house. The beach is equipped for you with canoe rentals, swimming, picknick areas, snacks, games for kids.
The famous bastide of Domme is 7km and Sarlat is 15km from the house.
Within the area there are many historical chateaux (Castlenaud, Beynac, Les Milandes, etc), the caves at Les Eyzies and museums of pre-historic life in the Region.
Activities
Canoeing, horse riding, swimming, walking cycling, tennis. For hikers, the French GR64 passes the front door, and offers a very pleasant walk to Castlenaud.
