Port Ensemble consists of two attractive and spacious holiday homes for a total of 14 people. The houses were recently built in the style of tobacco barns and offer all modern comforts and are perfect for a great holiday with family or friends. With a large garden, a private swimming pool and the Dordogne river just 800 meters away, is this a fantastic place. You have a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside and the castles of Beynac and Les Milandes.

A large living room of more than 50m², spacious and bright, with a comfortable seating area (2 sofas, coffee table and TV) and a dining area (solid wood table and 6 chairs). Large patio doors give access to the garden.
A beautiful modern kitchen, fully equipped (induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...) with plenty of storage space and a breakfast bar.
There are 3 large bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two double beds and a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and separate toilets.
The first bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm wide) and abuilt-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide) and a built-in wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables.
They share a nice bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
Holiday home Beynac can accommodate up to 8 people.

The main bedroom with its own shower room is located on the ground floor, as well as a living room, kitchen and a separate toilet. The first floor has a second bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a large landing with a very comfortable sofa bed and a large family bathroom with toilet.
Outside
The swimming pool of 10m x 5m is fully fenced and equipped with a telescopic roof, which is fully retractable. The big advantage of this roof is that the temperature of the pool water stays comfortable and you can swim even in less weather. The garden also has lawns and large trees and is therefore ideal for ball games or just to relax! Bikes and a trampoline are available for your entertainment.

The house is just 5 minutes from Beynac, 5 minutes from the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, and 12 kms from Sarlat. In Saint-Cyprien you can find all the necessary shops and amenities, including a large supermarket, and a lively market on Sunday mornings. There are also shops and good restaurants in Beynac and a very good bakery at 2 minutes from the house. The house is beautifully situated in a valley, surrounded by many historic castles and at a short distance from the river Dordogne.For children there are many exciting theme parks, not to mention the numerous castles and caves.In the vicinity are many restaurants.
In the immediate area are the many towns and villages with their weekly markets and a lively local tourist attractions. Beautiful towns to visit: Sarlat, Domme, Cahors, Rocamadour and Bergerac.
Activities
There are golf courses nearby. There are two tennis courts at 3 km. There is a canoe – kayak boarding station at 800 m. Angling and horseback riding at 2 km. Opportunities for nice walking tours and mountain biking. Airparc Périgord is an adventure course that is situated on an island in the river Dordogne.
