Les Sarrazinies comprises an 18th century farmhouse, five stone built cottages, created out of the original farm buildings and a shared heated pool. This domaine is situated in the Perigord Noir in the village Saint Felix De Reilhac near Le Bugue and close to a golf course.
Description Gite Roitelet (Wren) - (5 to 6 people)
This cottage has sufficient room upstairs to sleep five or six people in comfort with ample wardrobe and storage space.
Downstairs: The main living room has a newly installed kitchen with dishwasher, equipped for six people, a dining area and a spacious sitting room. There is a covered patio with BBQ, garden furniture and lighting. There is a television which receives BBC and ITV channels together with a radio and CD player. Wifi available.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one has a double bed, the other having three single beds with Egyption cotton sheets and fluffy towels. Shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. Fitted carpets throughout upstairs.
The heated, salt pool is adjacent to the cottages thus enabling supervision of children. The pool measures 11m by 5.6m with the depth at the shallow end 120cm increasing to 160cm. The pool is fenced and includes a safety gate. There is also a safety shelf around the perimeter of the pool and wide shallow Roman steps to permit easy access for toddlers. A large sun terrace within the fenced area has plentiful sun loungers and umbrellas.
There are four mens and two ladies bikes, a football field with goalposts and a badminton net, table tennis, table football, boules and a dartboard. Golf: a 2 hole practice range (bring your own clubs).
For the fisherman, there is a lake stocked with tench, carp, perch, bream and catfish.
